Identified - From Sunday until today, Swisscom had to switch their backup SMS service for technical reasons. As a trust service provider, they have several SMS services running in parallel due to higher redundancy. As each SMS provider has its own set of contracts with mobile phone providers, it is possible that some SMS that were previously transmitted in networks may no longer reach the target device. They will switch back to the original SMS service shortly.

we are planning to update the FP Sign Staging environment to prepare it for a major update. The Staging environment of FP Sign is only used for developers and customers with special testing purposes.
No impairment of individual services or the entire system is expected. If there should be disruptions, we will contact you again separately and after the maintenance work has been completed.
The maintenance will take place on: Wednesday, 19.03.2025 from 3 p.m. until approx. 6 p.m.
